Akhuwat NJV School, Karachi

Founded in 1855, NJV is one of the oldest public schools in Sindh; named after the prominent philanthropist ‘Narayan Jaganath Vaidya’. Housed in a beautiful historic yellow sandstone building, NJV is one of the 600 buildings listed as a heritage site.

Following its adoption, Akhuwat prioritized improving the infrastructure and facilities of NJV where previously barren ground and rooftop were transformed into an astroturf football field, tennis and basketball courts, and a practice cricket net.
